Usher and Foster have two sons together and expereinced an ugly custody battle over their sons, Usher V, 6, and Navivyd Ely, 5, after the singer's oldest son, Usher almost drowned at his father's Atlanta home last year. Foster also experienced more heartache when her 11-year-old son, from a previous relationship died in a jet ski accident. Usher eventually won primary custody for his two sons last year.
