Tony Stewart Accident: Kevin Ward Sr. Blames NASCAR Driver For Running Over, Killing Kevin Ward Jr. Dead!

The consequences still loom large for NSCAR driver Tony Stewart after the fatal car accident at Canandaigua Motorspkorts Park. Though there is no criminal investigation, the family of Kevin Ward Jr. are grieving from their tragic lost, hoping to find some answers where there is none. 

As we mentioned here, during the Empire Super Sprints series, Ward was trying to make the turn when his speeding car spun out of control. With his vehicle parked on the side, the race car driver stepped out and marched onto the track, as the cars whizzed past by him. 

Maybe Stewart didn't see his competitor, who was supposedly "wearing a black helmet and firesuit on a dimly lit track." But for whatever reason, his No. 14 unexpectedly struck Ward, killing him instantaneous.  

Though a spokesman from Stewart's racing team rules  Ward's death a "tragic accident," Kevin Ward Sr. only feels pain and anger over his son's death. He wants answers from the Nascar champ about why the crash had to happen. 

The paternal figure tells the The Syracuse Post-Standard, "Tony Stewart was the best damn driver by far on the track that night. Why he had to go up as high as he did and hog my son, there's no reason for it."

Stewart has dropped out from racing in further games, letting his substitute fill in. CBS News legal analyst Jack Ford doesn't believe the driver is in clear, especially if recklessness can be proven.
