Hafthor Bjornsson (Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson), is known in the weightlifting world as "Thor," but most of us know him as Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane from HBO's Game of Thrones. But we should really learn to call him by his new title: Europe's Strongest Man. As of this week, Bjornsson has won the right to call himself that, which is sure to get us a little excited for season 5 of Game of Thrones (even if his character might not show up in any episodes).

For fans of the HBO series, it might be a strange thought to see others go up against "The Mountain" in any competition (we all know what happened in season 4!), but "Thor" took down the rest of the challengers last week to take home the title of Europe's Strongest. In fact, there are some great videos online as evidence of just how incredible Bjornsson's strength truly is.

Check out this first video right here:

Perhaps the most special moment of the above video happens just after the 2-minute mark of Thor ripping his shirt off after completing a seemingly impossible task. Here is that part of the video just for your viewing pleasure:

Oh did you miss what he yelled into the microphone right after lifting those 6 stones?

"I am the future of strength," he yelled into a microphone, held by a scared commentator. "I am the king of stones!"

King of stones indeed!

Here's one more insane video of this competition, ending in Thor's victory, of course:
