Braxton Miller: Ohio State's NCAA National Title Hopes In Tatters With Shoulder Injury: Can Buckeyes & OSU Quarterback Still Achieve Dream Of Being Drafted In To NFL?

With the NCAA 2014/15 season around the corner, all eyes are firmly on the college football stars, the ones who are hoping to make the NFL in the near future. The Ohio State Buckeyes' Braxton Miller is one of the best prospects, and he had all of the attention he could of wanted. Despite shoulder surgery he appeared to of recovered well, however, during a drill he has re-injured it, and it appears he might miss the entire season, leaving OSU in tatters, and his NFL dream might just be going up in flames, too.

OSU and their hopes are all on the shoulders of Miller, but sadly his shoulders have brought nothing but problems for the both of him. When doing a standard non-contact exercise, he grabbed his shoulder, saying he felt something change. He was evaluated soon after. The versatile QB can do just about anything on the football field, but sadly he might not get a chance this season, meaning he might be playing catch up to ever make the NFL.

Last season he missed three games, and then got a shoulder injury in the Orange Bowl, but it seemed like he was okay. Miller, this summer, explained he had recovered, saying "I feel like it's stronger. Man, everything that was damaged in there has been cleaned out. So even if I didn't have that injury, I feel like everything from before that injury has been cleaned out. I barely had any rust when I came back. With my footwork and everything like that, I had been focused on that throughout the spring. That's all I was doing, going back to work on my footwork, breaking down the defenses, and I watched a lot of film to make sure everything's good. Everything is in place. I'm at the end of my recovery, feeling pretty good and ready for camp. I'm ready to go for real."

Now it seems like he might miss an entire year of college football, and that could prove detrimental to a man, and a team, that needed every bit of football help they could get.
