Vanessa Minnillo Shows Off Huge Baby Bump with Hubby Nick Lachey [PHOTO]

Looks like the happy couple is ready to become a family of three! Former MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo uploaded a picture onto her Twitter account Wednesday night of her and husband Nick Lachey beaming for the camera and flaunting her robust baby bump. What a great way to celebrate a one year wedding anniversary.

Minnillo tweeted along with the photo:

@VanessaMLachey: "My Happiness... My Family! Ahhh, My Boys!" (Wookie included) ;-)."

(Assuming Wookie to be the family pet.)

Minnillo is not due to give birth until September, and according to 98 Degrees front man Lachey, the couple is currently basking in the joys of being pregnant:

"We're just trying to enjoy our last couple months of freedom here: getting the nursery ready, making sure we've got all our hospital plans together, all that stuff."

Minnillo, 31, and Lachey, 38, met in 2006 when she starred in his "What's Left of Me" video. After a brief split in 2009, the couple recounciled and were married in the British Virgin Islands on July 15, 2011.

Lachey is also popularly known as pop singer Jessica Simpson's ex-husband and both stared in MTV's hit 2003-2005 reality series "Newlyweds."

Minnillo and Lachey announced to the public in March that they are expecting to have a baby boy, their first child together.
