"Love & Hip-Hop" star Joe Budden is accused of brutally "attacking" an ex-girlfriend - and cops throughout New Jersey and New York are allegedly on the hunt to bring the Slaughterhouse rapper down.

According the the infamous gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, Budden recently got into a violent altercation with a stunning model that he once dated (her identity remains unconfirmed). A rumored "snitch" reveals that 33-year-old Budden got angry and jealous after this woman dumped him for "fooling around" with strippers. The aspiring model then went out with a group of friends to "blow off some steam" - Budden later discovered photos of her partying and having a good time on Instagram.

Apparently he assumed that she was flirting and hooking-up with other men, so he approached her in Washington Heights on Sunday morning (August 17). Budden then demanded this former lover get in his car so that they could talk. The source (an alleged friend of the victim) claims:

"...She entered his car [and] he immediately bashed her head into the dashboard... and drove off with her to his house [in neighboring New Jersey]. When they arrived to his driveway he dragged her out of the car - her kicking and screaming - and he repeatedly punched and kicked her in the ground."

Both entered Budden's home, where he supposedly continued the beating. He choked her and she had to "fight her way" to survive. Finally he spit in her face and threatened to kill her if she let anyone know about the attack. She then managed to escape and immediately called the police. A report was issued in both NY and NJ, but no arrests have been made.

Again, all this information remains unconfirmed, although MTO provides graphic photos of the bruised and battered victim.

If this report is true, Budden could face serious charges of assault, domestic violence, and even kidnapping. Stay tuned as more details develop.
