'Real Housewives Of New York' Cast ALS Ice Bucket Challenge- Ramona Singer, Luann De Lesseps, Carole Radziwill & More 'RHONY' Members Get Soaked For Good Cause

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has made its way to the cast of The Real Housewives of New York. Cast members of RHONY Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, Ramona Singer, and Luann De Lesseps have all doused themselves with a bucket of freezing cold water to raise awareness and funds for ALS research.

While we know Ramona isn't one to get hear hair wet, as we saw on the last season of Real Housewives of New York, when it comes to a good cause she'll take some water to the head and ruin a perfectly good blowout. Singer nominated her fellow costars to take the challenge, and reminded them they only have 24 hours to complete it.

Fellow RHONY cast members, Kristen and Carole, decided that in honor of Ramona challenging them, they would use wine glasses instead of buckets. While deciding who was going to throw the water first, both ladies are surprised when a woman walks out of the house they're sitting in front of and douses them both with a garbage can full of cold water. They decide that they are going to take the challenge to the west coast as they nominate the ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Yolanda Foster, Kyle Richards and Brandi Glanville.

Heather Thomson takes the challenge in sunny Flordia, while standing next to a pool and thanking Ramona for her nomination. As soon as she pours the water over her head she jumps backwards into the pool to warm herself up. She in turn nominates Nate Berkus, and keeps the challenge in the Bravo family by challenging Fredrik Eklund of Million Dollar Listing: New York.

Luann De Lessps proudly accepted Ramona Singer and former RHONY housewife Bethenny Frankel's nomination as she explains that her mother-in-law died of ALS. While in the Hamptoms Luann gladly dumps the ice bucket over her head and challenges RuPaul, Lauren Bush Lauren, and Carole Radziwill.

The ladies of Real Housewives of New York have never looked better. Thanks to all the ladies for raising awareness and donating to the cause.

Former housewife Bethenny Frankel also participated in the challenge, She enlisted the help of some pretty buff lifegaurds to dump the freezing cold water on her. We guess her motto is if you have to be cold, you might as well be next to something hot.
