Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon Divorce Update- 'Thirsty' Songstress Places Gag Order On 'America's Got Talent' Host Husband

Thing are about to get gaggy. According to new reports Mariah Carey placed a gag order on her estranged husband Nick Cannon. The terms of the legal agreement were draft up and forbid the America's Got Talent host from talking about the anything hereafter in the possible couple's divorce.

According to TMZ, the agreement, which was drafted up by the couples' lawyers says that Cannon was allowed to talk about the couple no longer living together but that he is not allowed to discuss the relationship any further. Should the couple end up getting divorced, Mariah will be the only one that will be able to talk about it to the press.

Should the former Wild 'N Out host talk about the crumbling marriage he could be facing some "severe financial penalties."

The 33-year-old actor and former Nickelodeon star and the "We Belong Together" singer, got married back in 2008 and have two children together, Moroccan and Monroe who are the couple's three-year-old twins.

According to the site, Mariah and Nick have come to a mutual decision regarding the parenting of their children, as well as the division of their properties.

Also part of the non-disclosure agreement was that Mariah would be allowed to announce and discuss the divorce, should that be coming in the near future. She also made sure to state that she will be able to do it whenever and however she wants, according to TMZ.
