Photo of Henry Cavill Clark Kent Double on Batman vs. Superman Set
Zack Snyder and company continue to film Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice in Detroit, and the latest set photos seem to reveal that Clark Kent will do some snooping around the Gotham City Jail.
Previous photos showed a former Detroit Police station dressed up as the Gotham City Jail, and now the ever-reliable Bananadoc has posted two photos of Henry Cavill's stand-in near the jail. While this is not a full look at Cavill as the bumbling reporter, it does show off some of the outfit he will be wearing in the movie. Check out one photo at the top of the page and the other photo here.
In other news, Batman-News reported Snyder recently shot some scenes in Detroit's Masonic Temple, a large reception hall for weddings, parties, etc. But Snyder turned it into "an underground MMA fighting arena and bar" similar to the famous one from Fight Club, the site reports. Attendees bet on the fights and Bruce Wayne reportedly joins in the activities. Someone asks what he's doing there and he says, "I'm kind of a night person." He then speaks to someone at the bar.
Batman-News also posted a few photos from Bananadoc of cars that read "Capitol Hill Taxi" on the side. The site includes the following blurb with the photos.
"A major action scene was shot in July in one of the big studios in Detroit. Without giving too much away...it involves Superman and the United States Capitol building in Washington D.C. Superman will have to answer for what happened at the end of Man of Steel. Half the public blames him for all the death and destruction. If it wasn't for Superman being there, General Zod would have never come to Earth."
