The Premier League transfer window will slam shut on Monday evening, but clubs are still trying to put weeks of work into fruition, by making their last-minute dream signings. Stars like Edinson Cavani, Radamel Falcao, Danny Welbeck, Fernando Torres, Mattia Destro and Martin Odegaard could all be wearing a new football jersey in the coming days, but which club will these superstar players see themselves earning a transfer to?

Real Madrid are close to signing Falcao, but Premier League clubs Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are still looking to sign one of him or Cavani. If these players are not available they're likely to fight it out over Destro, who would offer a younger, cheaper alternative. Chelsea will sell Torres if they are to sign a new striker, and it's believed he will end up at AC Milan. Falcao and Cavani are considered to be two of the games best strikers, and it's believed they are both available and both would like to play in the EPL one day.

Manchester United are close to loaning Welbeck to a Premier League side, believed to be Tottenham. Hwoever, they have moved closer to landing 15-year-old wonderkid Odegaard, who has already player for Norway at international level, making him a huge star of the future. Many ins and outs are expected at Old Trafford, and the fans will be hoping they don't sell the wrong players, and bring in any panic buys.
