'LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham' Issues PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U Cover Art & Release Date!

Featuring the countless superheroes and super villains of the DC Comics Universe, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham has just announced its official cover art and release date. Available on all consoles, including PlayStation4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U, the Justice League has to gather its popular members to do battle against one of Superman's deadliest enemies, Brainiac.

In the highly anticipated third installment, Brainiac looks toward Earth as the ultimate prize. The maniacal genius uses his advanced nanotechnology to mess with people's heads, and hypnotizes the Dark Knight to turn him into his unwilling accomplice. In the opening of the trailer, we see Batman, with his glowing green eyes, about to throw his sidekick, Robin, over the edge.

As mentioned here, we know that actor Clancy Brown (Starship Troopers) is back to voice the role of Lex Luthor. Notice on the cover, on the left side Batman's cape, Superman stands with Wonder Woman and the Flash. To the right, Luthor has teamed up with Joker and Grundy.

The official Twitter LEGO Batman account states, "Check out the all-new box art from @LEGOBatmanGame! Coming Nov. 11 (NA) and Nov. 14 (Global). #LEGOBatmanGame."

With the Earth in danger, it looks like the Legion of Doom and the Super-Friends will have to team up against the intergalactic warlord.
