'Resident Evil: Revelations 2' Announce Trailer, Release Date [VIDEO] Officially Coming Soon To Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, & PS4 - No Gameplay Yet
It's official: Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is absolutely happening after last months leaked gameplay photos got the gaming world excited over the possibility. It has a release date set for early 2015 and will be available for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, and PS3 - but not 3DS or Wii U like some of us hoped for. Check out the official announce teaser trailer below, which is sure to get you excited over the project!

Though this doesn't show any gameplay, this cinematic trailer does explain some story points it seems. As you can see the people wearing green wristbands in the footage are apparently not infected whereas the red wristbands are on those who have already turned. What do you think this all means in terms of gameplay and story?

The same development team has been working on this follow-up, Capcom stated, although franchise stars Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine will not return as the game's main characters. Instead, Revelations 2 will star a fresh set of faces in a new setting. The survival horror sequel was teased with a quick trailer, although no gameplay was shown. The video we saw showed a young girl wandering through a crowd. Healthy people were shown to be wearing green glowing wristbands, while those that had turned into zombies had red ones.
