FX's 'The Strain' Spoilers: Will Corey Stoll, Mia Maestro Become 'The Disappeared?' [Watch Video]

With The Strain getting scarier with its impending vampire invasion, FX has released a new trailer for the upcoming episode, 'The Disappeared.' Based on the best-selling series by Dark Horse Comics from visionary director Guillermo Del Toro, actress Mia Maestro and Corey Stoll star in the exciting horror drama.

In our recent recap, Ephraim Goodweather (Stoll) has just lost a member of his team and gained someone else at the same time. Vasiliy Fett (Kevin Durand) showed up expectedly, pointing a gun at Eph's head. Someone should have taken that gun away from him, because it became a murder weapon in the climax.

[Spoilers] While trying to save his friends, Jim Kent (Sean Astin) was suddenly stung by one of the bloodsuckers. Eph tried to operate on him, hoping to stop the infection before it could even start, but the contagious white worm multiplied inside Jim at an alarming rate. [End Spoilers]

Eph and Nora Martinez (Maestro) are dedicated in their field of science and medicine. But none of their fancy degrees, their advanced intelligence could save their sick friend. It was a complete stranger who delivered the death blow.

In the trailer, we see more flashbacks from Abraham (David Bradley)'s haunted past. We know Thomas Echorist (Richard Sammel) serves the Master but when was he turned? We still don't know what's going to happen to Gus, since he's in lockup with his infected friend.
