Kelly Clarkson Baby River Rose PHOTO- 'American Idol' Winner's Daughter Goes To Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood Concert
There are some serious perks to being the daughter of Kelly Clarkson. The first American Idol winner, who just recently gave birth to her daughter River Rose Blackstock, took her 2-month old newborn to a big concert event over the weekend. Kelly, along with husband Brandon Blackstock and daughter River, watched country superstars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood take the stage in Chicago on Friday.
Clarkson posted a picture to her Twitter account of her baby on the way to the concert. River looks so happy to be attending her first big show as she hold her stuffed lamb and sucks on her blue pacifier while wearing some adorable bejeweled headphones.
According to E! News, River was also given a pretty special treat, as her mom took to the stage with Trisha to give the crowd a special duet performance.
"Got 2 sing with @TYcom tonight in Chicago & watched her and Garth as well! Amazing Show! It was River's 1st concert!" Clarkson wrote on her Twitter.
In addition to Clarkson watching the two lovebirds take the stage, fellow American Idol winner and soon-to-be mom Carrie Underwood was also in the stands. She took to her Instagram account to post a picture of Garth taking the stage.
She captioned the image, "Garth Brooks/Trisha Yearwood concert tonight in Chicago. I may have gotten misty-eyed a few times, Hormones? Maybe. Amazing concert? Definitely."
The singer also took to her Instagram account over Labor Day weekend to announce that she was expecting a baby with her hubby Mike Fisher.
