'Real Housewives Of New Jersey' Star Jim Marchese Hopes Twins Nicole Napolitano & Teresa Aprea Take Him To Court
It looks like the battle in the Garden State is definitely heating up between The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Jim Marchese, Teresa Aprea and her twin sister Nicole Napolitano. During last week's episode, allegations that Teresa's husband Rino and her mother Santa were intimate while Teresa and him were married caused some major drama between cast members.
As we reported earlier, Santa is speaking out against Jim, who is the husband of housewife Amber Marchese, saying that he is the one at the center of the rumors. She also is reportedly talking about taking the reality star to court for slandering her name.
Jim is speaking out to RadarOnline today about the allegations that he is the one that started the rumors.
"I'm shocked and outraged by Santa's slanderous remarks that I am the origin of the 'Rino, Teresa and Santa love triangle!' OK not really... this is exactly what I expect from someone [who] Rino bragged about sleeping with to Victoria Gotti, while trying to work his way into the family at the time Santa's husband was in prison," Jim told the news site.
He also commented on the truth of the rumor, saying, "Santa and Rino's affair was public information via Victoria Gotti. I merely commented that in my opinion it is 90% true. Given the fact that they are not suing Victoria Gotti, I now believe it is 100% true."
However, despite the stars wanting to take legal action against Jim it is against the rules of the housewives franchise. In fact, the stars' contracts state that the cast members are banned from taking legal action against each other.
