James Franco Bald, Head Tattoo [Instagram Photos] 'Spring Breakers' Star Shaves Off Hair For New Movies? Posts Funny Pics Online

While attending the Venice Film Festival, James Franco certainly got a lot of attention by showing up bald, sporting a mustache, and having had a fake tattoo of Elizabeth Taylor and Montgomery Clift painted onto his hairless scalp. Though he shaved his head for an upcoming film, he sure had plenty of fun with it on his Instagram page! We also have some great Festival photos to share with you!

Franco is filming scenes for Zeroville, in which he plays a character that accepts an award at the "35th: 1977 Venice Film Festival." This scene was actually filmed at this year's festival, so we got a great first look at the highly anticipated movie about 1970s Hollywood.

Of course, the best photos come from James' Instagram page. In the following pictures, we can see that he is certainly having a good time poking fun at himself and his new look! Say what you will about James Franco - he still knows how to laugh at himself!

James has since ditched the 'stache and has taken to covering up his bald head and fake tattoo at events. You can check out his Instagram account to see newer photos of his current look, that is a bit less ridiculous.
