Big Sean Disses Naya Rivera Hate Rumors, Rapper Says He Wasn't Angry At His Ex When He Wrote 'I Don’t F*ck With You’ Song He Was Still Dating Her

"I wasn't angry, I actually wrote that while I was in a relationship..." Big Sean is claiming after reports revealed that the rapper's breakup anthem was dedicated to his ex Naya Rivera.

According to Bossip, Sean says he wasn't "angry or bitter" when he wrote the song, because he was still in a relationship with Rivera when the song was being recorded.

Sean did note that he added a few extra lyrics after the two called off their engagement, as Rivera went on to quickly marry actor Ryan Dorsey. So he could've been angry when the wrote the lyric's "crazy b*tch."

During an interview with MTV the rapper said,

"It's just real man. Everybody got someone that they feel like that about, and if not, you felt like that at a time in your life," said Sean, who just signed to Roc Nation.

"I wasn't angry. I actually wrote that while I was in a relationship. I wasn't bitter", Sean explained, before admitting that he added a few lines when the couple called off their engagement.

"Obviously after a few things went down I went back and changed a couple words, but mainly the song was already there. It's funny how things play out, but that song is an anthem."

Sean also explained the song's beat and production.

"Kanye and Mustard collabed on the beat with DJ Dahi, and Key Wane brought the sample to the table. It was a big team effort."
