Monday Night Raw Results 9/15/14: WWE Raw Recap September 15 2014: John Cena and Brock Lesnar Brawl, Roman Reigns Faces Seth Rollins
The September 15, 2014 edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw emanates live from the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana and begins with a promo from Paul Heyman, who hypes how his client, the reigning and defending WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, will again brutalize John Cena at Night of Champions on Sunday.
Cena's music hits and he heads to the ring. He asks Heyman where Lesnar is. Heyman tries to talk his way out of the situation but Cena cuts him off. Heyman smiles and asks if Cena is sure he wants to fight Lesnar tonight for free because he would rather make the fans pay $9.99 to watch it on the WWE Network. He hypes Lesnar's entrance but then laughs. He says Lesnar flies on a private plane, which has been delayed, so he will be here later tonight.
Heyman says he thinks Cena knew that and called him out now because he doesn't actually want to fight him. Heyman tries to leave but Cena grabs him by the shoulder and tells him he's full of it. Cena says Heyman has until "halftime" to produce Lesnar or else he's going to kick his ass. Heyman says he will let Cena know when Lesnar arrives. He tries to leave but Cena runs out and gets in his way. He says he does not trust Heyman and drags him to the back under his arm.

Paige skips in the ring with the belt while AJ skips around the ring.

Cena goes to his locker room and drags Heyman out to the ring. He grabs a mic and says this is the moment everyone has been waiting for. Heyman tries to crawl out of the ring but Cena grabs him. Heyman goes from scared to confident as he calls "Hustle, Loyalty and Respect" a sham. He says Cena will have to become a beast to beat the Beast, and he will be the one to bring the dark side out of Cena.
He tries several tactics to get Cena to turn but fails each time. He again says "Hustle, Loyalty and Respect" is what keeps Cena's dark side in check and it's why he won't beat Brock Lesnar.
Heyman taunts him some more and makes a comment about Cena's mother. Cena tosses him out of the ring and throws his hat at him. Lesnar comes out to a huge pop and Cena readies for a fight. Lesnar circles the ring and picks up Heyman. Cena taunts him but Lesnar doesn't bite. He slings the title belt over his shoulder and walks away. But then he laughs, shrugs, hands his belt to Heyman and walks back to the ring.

Lana points out Henry lost in the 1992 Olympics, but Russia's Aleksandr Kurlovich won. She insults Henry a bit more, and Henry starts the Pledge of Allegiance. Rusev attacks him in the middle of it. Henry gains the upper hand briefly but Rusev superkicks him. He tries to lock in the Accolade but Henry powers out and plants Rusev to the mat. He tosses him outside the ring and waves the American flag as the show goes off the air.
