The Big Bang Theory Star Kaley Cuoco Reveals Why She Cut Her Hair

Several months ago, The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting posted some Instagram photos to show that she had cut her long, flowing blonde hair down to a pixie cut. In a new behind-the-scenes video, she reveals why.

EW.com posted the video, in which Cuoco talks about the reasoning for her cosmetic choice. The rest of the cast, including Johnny Galecki and Jim Parsons, also discusses what they've been doing throughout the summer. Check it out below:

In other Big Bang news, one of the highlights of Season 7 was Raj (Kunal Nayyar) finally finding some romance that lasted more than a few moments. He met Emily (Laura Spencer) and the two struck up a relationship that survived through the finale. But will that still be the case when the show comes back for its Season 8 premiere?

The "Ask Ausiello" column at TVLine confirms via showrunner Steve Molaro that Raj is still basking in his new relationship glow when The Big Bang Theory returns.

"When the sitcom returns, they will still be boyfriend and girlfriend. And Raj will still be on cloud nine. 'He's very much in the giddy, 'OK, I have a girlfriend and she's really cute and she likes me phase. And I get to see her naked,' previews showrunner Steve Molaro. 'They are still in the honeymoon of that. And as we go through the season, we will explore more of her personality and what she's really like.'"

Last season, we learned that horror/slasher movies turn on Emily, which prompted Raj to hit the play button as fast as humanly possible. So who knows what other quirks we might learn about her in Season 8?
