The latest round of WWE rumors contains speculation on Brock Lesnar, John Cena and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions, so let's dive into the reports circulating the Internet.

The current report is Lesnar will retain the belt at the pay-per-view on Sunday, though the company is apparently still figuring out the finish of the match. Rumors earlier this week maintained the outcome had not been decided and Cena could very well still have won the title back to become a 16-time champion, but that no longer seems to be the case.

In other news, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair had some surgeries recently, but WWE apparently wants to get him back on television rather soon. He was supposed to appear at both Friday Night SmackDown and Night of Champions this week but had to cancel because of his health issues. But Naitch is healing now and should make a full recovery, so he should be back soon.

In a juicy bit of news, WWE tweeted the following statement on Friday morning: "You've waited long enough... Prepare yourself for the next generation. 9/22/2014" That would be the date of the next Monday Night Raw the night after Night of Champions. This would seem to be a reference to the NXT stars, as recent rumors said Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville and others could appear more frequently on WWE's main programming.

In related news, Zayn and Justin Gabriel have reportedly both been used as "The Bunny" on TV. This is especially hilarious considering Zayn made fun of Titus O'Neil on NXT on Thursday for getting beaten up by a bunny.
