Model Karrueche Tran attends The Abbey in West Hollywood's 9th Annual Christmas in September charity event to collect toys for patients at the Children Hospital of Los Angeles with sexy, buff male strippers.

Although we are three months ahead, the 26-year-old philanthropist posted photos of her posing on Santa Clause's chair with two chiseled chested men calling herself "Santa Kae."

The steamy photos didn't stop there with Chris Brown's girlfriend. In a second photo the Kae posed with a shirtless Santa and two of his sexy elves with hundreds of toys that were donated for the charity event in the background, "All these toys plus many more are being donated to the precious ones at Children's Hospital LA, giving them a special Christmas in September. Thank you to @abbeyweho for having me for my second year! #CHLA"

August 16, Kae was spotted at the "New Flame" singer's Synphonic Love Foundation charity flag football game where they got touchy feely with one another, "They were way flirty," our source said. "The kept it PG because it was a lot of kids around but you could see the love in the air. He gave her quite a few kisses on the cheek and lips. He was joking with her and sprayed some water from a water bottle in her hair."
