Carrie Underwood New Album Coming? "Something Bad" Songstress Reveals Big News Coming On Friday During 'The Today Show'

Carrie Underwood is about to reveal some huge news to all her fans. The Queen of country music just posted to her Facebook page that she has some pretty big news that she is going reveal on Today this Friday, September 24.

The "See You Again" singer has caused the Internet to go into a frenzy, as fans are trying to figure out what the American Idol alum could have in store for them.

One possible thing that we can be ruled out is that she is going to announce her pregnancy, since she already did that earlier this month. But some fans are taking to Facebook, thinking that she could possibly be announcing the sex of her baby, or even reveal that she is having twins.

For us, we personally think that Mrs. Underwood is going to be debuting a new single and hopefully giving a release date for her new album, but that might just be wishful thinking on our part.

The singer last released an album in May of 2012 when she premiered her fourth record Blown Away. We definitely think that it's time for Carrie to give us something new.

However, while our guess is for new music, some Facebook users are thinking that the announcement could be more somber.

One fan writes, "She once said she would retire from her career when she and husband Mike decided to start a family. She commented she could walk away from it all in a heartbeat. Hope it's not true and it's great baby news instead!!! Hands down, she is my favorite female country singer."

Whatever the announcement may be, we are definitely going to tune in for it this Friday.
