Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa Divorce: Prenup, Spousal Support, & Full Custody, Amber Gets Revenge After Husband Cheated

Hip Hop's favorite couple, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa shocked the world with their divorce news after a confirmed cheating scandal and now the famous couple's prenup has made headlines.

According to TMZ, the model wants the prenup to stand because she would receive millions only after their 1-year marriage. In addition to the lump sum of money, the soon-to-be ex-wife also wants spousal support and full custody of their 1-year-old son, Sebastian.

Thursday, the model tweeted, "Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this." she flipped the script and pointed her finger at Wiz for the break up due to his infidelity, "Unfortunately my now ex-husband can't say the same." She added, "I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time."

According to TMZ, the actress filed divorce papers on Wednesday citing irreconcilable differences asking for full legal and physical custody.

The 30-year-old originally asked her husband if she could join the tour with him after she suspected infidelity; however sources say he wanted her to stay home with their son while he remained the bread winner, according to TMZ.

Other sources claim that the rapper believes that Amber has also stepped out on their marriage with "America's Got Talent" host and her new manager, Nick Cannon, however an insider close to Nick say denies that he had anything to do with their break up.
