Celebs Impressed by Wacky S. Korean Star Psy's 'Gangnam Style' VIdeo Gone Viral

Josh Groban, Robbie Williams, T Pain have tweeted about the hilarious music video "Gangnam Style" by South Korean pop star Psy that has gone viral. Without any major promotion outside of Asia, the music video has been shared worldwide garnering over 20 million hits within 3 weeks of being released.

CNN, Huffington Post and more American news publications reported on its massive popularity online.

The video features wacky if not peculiar "horse dance" moves on top of a bouncy dance beat. Gangnam is the name of a very wealthy district in South Korea and it's been suggested that the song depicts the large gap between South Korea's rich and poor.

Many parodies have been made and people can't resist giving the silly dance moves a try.

T Pain tweeted about the video twice and said, "words cannot even describe how amazing this video is".

Josh Groban is jokingly considering to incorporate some of the "Gangnam Style" moves into his next choreography.

British singer Robbie Williams followed suit and tweeted, "TRY WATCHING THIS AND NOT SMILING I DARE YOU...(NOT EVEN A LIP CURL)."

It's not surprising to see Justin Bieber's new music videos reach 20 million views in no time. However, it is impressive to see a relatively unknown S. Korean pop singer gain worldwide attention for one music video.

Speaking of Bieber, rumor has it that Bieber's agency contacted Psy. Only time can tell if any collaboration or US promotion will be seen in the future.
