Teresa Giudice's prison sentence was all the talk during The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion special, which was filmed this past Sunday. In fact, it seemed like host and producer of the franchise Andy Cohen had everything set in place to accommodate the reality star before she goes to jail. He even made a controversial decision when it comes to reunion shows, one that we are sure that none of the other ladies were too happy about.

During the reunion specials, it is always customary to give the housewives some booze, maybe as a way to loosen them up and cause the drama to fly. However, during this particular show, Cohen had set some guidelines in place as to not have it get too out of control. He barred both liquor and physical contact in the wake of Teresa's prison sentencing.

It looks like Andy was looking out for his star as any physical contact on the series would cause for Teresa and her husband Joe's bail to be revoked and they would both have to report straight to prison.

Due to the absence of alcohol the reunion series was reportedly "very somber," according to reports from RadarOnline.

"Teresa and Joe had just been sentenced to prison. And it was the first time that there hadn't been alcohol on the set for the reunion taping," and insider revealed. "In past years there was a bar setup in the green room, and Teresa would even bring her Fabellini wines!'

Also Andy had both Teresa and Joe's best interests at heart as he allegedly went up to each individual housewife and told them "absolutely no physical violence or threats tolerated," and that "anyone doing it would be removed from the premises immediately."

As we previously reported both Teresa and Joe were sentenced to prison time in their fraud case. Teresa received 15 months behind bars, whereas her hubby Joe got 41 months and is also facing the possibility of being deported.
