Watch 'Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion' Special Animated Movie With New Darth Vader Scene On ABC Oct. 26

Disney Channel's animated movie special Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion introduced the world to the new Lucasfilm and Disney property, Star Wars Rebels, but the one-night airing wasn't enough it seems. After some rumors piling up since the premiere, ABC will officially air the special again, but this time a new scene featuring Darth Vader will be included! Plus, James Earl Jones will be reprising his voice-over role from the iconic movie series.

"We wanted to do something special for the ABC broadcast," executive Producer Dave Filoni said in a prepared statement this week. "We've added a scene which gives audiences insight into the Inquisitor and includes a cameo by Darth Vader voiced by the distinguished actor James Earl Jones."

The special will air on ABC Sunday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. EST. You can check out the official press release right HERE!

On top of this ABC airing of the special, you can watch the first episode of the animated series, entitled "Droids In Distress," right now on Watch Disney XD.

Originally set for premiere on October 13, this is the 30-minute long episode that follows the hour-long Spark of Rebellion movie special that debuted last week. This is technically the first episode of the brand new series, which was recently renewed for a second season ahead of the film's debut.
