5 Questions Brian Michael Bendis, Dave Marquez's 'Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man' #6 Must Answer!
Expect nothing less, Marvel Comics delivers another action-packed installment with Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man #6. As Miles Morales continues to make a name for himself, readers want to know what writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Dave Marquez have in store for the amazing wall-crawler of the Ultimate Universe.
As we reported here, Miles is quickly gaining a lot of attention outside the comic book pages. Danny Glover, rapper Childish Gambino, voiced the teen superhero in the Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors on Disney XD. Just as we did with issue #2 and issue #5, we now have 5 questions that Bendis and Marquez will hopefully answer in the latest issue.
1) What Does Maria Hill Want With Miles?
After Miles took a bullet during the shootout with NYPD, Maria helped stitch his bloody wound. Maria wants to know if the Ultimate version of Peter Parker has returned from the grave. The last words she says to Miles is, "Let's figure this out before someone else dies..."
2) Will Katie Bishop Break Miles' Heart?
In issue #3, Katie couldn't handle the truth that Miles unmasked himself in front of her. She obviously cannot hold a secret to herself because Katie actually told Miles' secret. The last time we saw her, Katie wanted to end her relationship with Miles.
3) Seriously, Who The Hell Is That Guy?
Since the first issue, readers were caught by surprise Peter Parker, who died saving Aunt May, came back from the dead. Is this Peter a clone? Does he have anything to do with the upcoming Spider-Verse event, where all incarnations of Spider-Man are supposed to show up? Mary Jane would know if he's the real deal or a fake...right?
4) When Is Miles' father Coming Back?
In the aftermath of Cataclysm, Miles revealed to his father that he is the costumed vigilante. Miles' father disappeared into the night after he accused his own son of his mother's death. This subplot definitely needs to continue.
5) Did J.Jonah Jameson Really Pull That Trigger?
After Norman Osborn, in his human form, confessed to killing his own son and Peter, Jonah pulled out his gun and pulled the trigger. At point blank range, did Jonah put a bullet in Norman's head? Or is he such a lousy shot and actually missed?
Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man #6 will hit stores on October 15. Readers, are you excited to get your hands on the sixth issue?
