Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence has always been vocal about her opinions on healthy women and about food. It's noted that the 24-year-old star doesn't believe in being skinny just to fit in or killing yourself to look perfect, she is all about being yourself. Recently, the American Hustle actress revealed that she doesn't believe in gluten-free diets.

In an interview for her new Vanity Fair cover, Lawrence revealed she loves a man who will actually eat. She is the November cover girl for Vanity Fair and after meeting with her, the contributing editor Sam Kashner said, "Jennifer is the anti-vegan, anti-gluten-free consumer, having just eaten a breakfast of spaghetti and meatballs before the interview."

Although she can get behind some food preferences, Jennifer revealed that she doesn't buy into the gluten-free food trend. She sees it as "the new, cool eating disorder, the 'basically I just don't eat carbs [diet].'"

The actress isn't new to the non-diet thing. She has always believed in eating what you want and not worrying about others opinions of you, especially for women. "I think that people are built the way that they're built," the Silver Linings Playbook star told Entertainment Tonight at the Oscars back in 2011.

"There's that Kate Moss quote that's like 'Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels' and I can name a lot of things that taste better than skinny feels... bread, potatoes, a Philly cheesesteak and fries," she admitted to the reporter.

At the 2014 Academy Awards, the actress further cemented her opinions on food bringing treats in her purse for the event. Because of the long show, she didn't want to be starving so she brought refreshments like Pop Rocks, Slim Jims and water.

"I've got a Slim Jim and protein bar... and Pop Rocks," Lawrence told Us Weekly on the red carpet. "When I'm presenting, I'm going to pour them into my mouth," she added about the candy.
