Most of us can conclusively concur that Jada Pinkett Smith, 43, actress and wife of Will Smith, is one of the longest-maintained fittest women in Hollywood. With it comes her strong personality and free spirit that generates headlines.

What does the Annie producer do to keep her ever-present Facebook posts of her killer 40-plus-year-old self in ripped shape?

The actress and mom of Jayden and Willow Smith tells Health magazine that she does cardio and even more when she hasn't eaten as healthy that day, stating,  "You can eat whatever you want, as long as you're willing to put the work in."

Smith makes sure she does something physical every day. Her and her famous family are pretty active doing paddle boarding and surfing.

"I do 20 minutes of cardio a day. Everybody's thinking you gotta be in the gym for an hour and a half. Literally, I'm never in the gym longer than 45 minutes. Just be consistent — that's it!"

Smith also credits her body to yoga and the sled machine, "track runners used for training — you put a harness on and pull things," she revealed to Health.

When it comes to her upper body, the star likes to keep them toned down with a softer approach: "I do push-ups and some light weights."

When it comes to eating, Smith does not stray far from carbs. She learned from hubby Will Smith's trainer that some people need more of a high-carb diet in order to facilitate the amount of calories you burn.

So what does she munch on?

Pasta, toast, English muffins and her go-to snack: hard-boiled eggs.

Her body isn't the only thing that stands out, but her amazing skin, but we see genetics as the culprit in this one, as Smith says she, "[only] get[s] a facial maybe twice a year." But she does drink a lot of water.
