When Miley Cyrus debuted her new haircut by posting Twitter photos on August 12, 2012, fans reacted she trended worldwide with a wide array of reactions from fans.  Some loved it and some hated it to the point of calling the singer "ugly".

As fans may know, Cyrus doesn't care what people may think of it.  She rich, young, famous and is engaged to hottie Liam Hemsworth.  Besides, hair grows back.

Cyrus has always had a sexy cute image with flowing locks, so the drastic change has the world abuzz.  Everybody has something to say about it.
