Microsoft Debuts Full Length 'Halo:Nightfall' Live-Action Xbox TV Series Trailer From Ridley Scott Ahead Of Nov. 11 Release Date [VIDEO]
Ridley Scott's highly anticipated new live-action TV series adaptation of the very popular gaming franchise Halo debuts on Nov. 11, 2014, and this week we were treated to the show's first full-length trailer. From the looks of this footage, Halo: Nightfall, will have gaming, action, and sci-fi fans coming together for the Xbox TV series!
Actor Mike Colter stars as commander Jameson Locke, who is tasked with the mission to investigate a new biological weapon that only affects humans. The series will follow Locke and his team throughout this investigation. Also, Locke will be the playable character in 2015's Halo 5: Guardians, so this show will serve as a great introduction to the character!
As we can see from this new trailer, the series will be a mix of live-action and computer animation. There seems to be plenty of tension and drama mounting in just this preview as well, so we can only imagine how intense the actual episodes will be.
