Smackdown Spoilers 10/24/14: WWE Friday Night Smackdown Results October 24, 2014: Major Championship Match Set for Hell in a Cell

WWE taped the October 24, 2014 edition of Friday Night SmackDown from Wichita, Kansas on Tuesday, and the show serves as the final televised event before the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view on Sunday.

The show begins with Dean Ambrose, who cuts a promo and calls out Seth Rollins prior to their match inside the steel on Sunday. Nothing happens, and the promo simply serves as a tease for what happens later.

The Miz and Damien Mizdow defeat Los Matadores in a quick match.

AJ Lee defeats Alicia Fox with a roll up to avenge her loss from Monday Night Raw. Paige watches the match from ringside and chases AJ off after the pin.

Dolph Ziggler defeats Cesaro cleanly with the Zig Zag to retain the Intercontinental Championship. An announcement comes shortly thereafter that Ziggler and Cesaro will have a 2-Out-of-3 Falls Match at Hell in a Cell for the title.

Nikki Bella, Summer Rae and Cameron defeat Brie Bella, Naomi and Natalya when Nikki pins Brie after the Rack Attack.

Bo Dallas, Goldust and Stardust defeat Mark Henry and The Usos when Bo pins Henry yet again.

Ambrose and Rollins close the show with a brawl. Rollins escapes the beating but Ambrose takes out his aggression on the two stooges, Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury, by putting them through a table. Ambrose stands tall as the show goes off the air.
