Anna Kendrick Reveals Her Favorite Part About Shooting New Kate Spade Ad In Las Vegas

Pitch Perfect 2 actress Anna Kendrick is adding handbag model to her fabulous resume. The 29-year-old star is a part of the Kate Spade New York holiday campaign and now she is opening up about her favorite part of the ad... filming in Las Vegas.

"It was so much fun. We went to all these old spots in Vegas, so it felt like we got in a time machine. It was so romantic and fun," Anna told People about the campaign shoot.

"There were eight guys on the shoot with me who were just cracking me up! Mostly in their 50s and 60s but a couple in their 30s, and the photographer kept being like, 'Just try to get her attention. Try to get her to laugh.' So these guys were just cracking me up. They were totally these Vegas big shots for the day."

The brand announced their new holiday campaign on Wednesday by showing off one of the gorgeous campaign images with Anna surrounded by Las Vegas lights and old timers. "Have you heard? @annakendrick47 is the leading lady in our holiday campaign! (we bonded over our shared love of witty banter, living perfectly imperfect and sparkly shoes)," Kate Spade NY wrote on their Instagram account.

In Anna's campaign ads, she posed in retro-inspired Las Vegas looks. From giant fur hats and glamorous gowns to chic ensembles and jewels, the Cake actress looked beautiful while showing off Kate Spade's latest handbag collection. Throughout the shoot men and handbags of all sizes surrounded her.

The Into the Woods actress revealed that there are two things that have remained in her closet over the years... her Weezer tank top from a concert 15 years ago and her Kate Spade New York handbags.

"[It's what] I've always loved about Kate Spade, which is that it's just gorgeous stuff. It's timeless and it's sophisticated, but it's always a little bit playful," she revealed to the publication.
