Judd Nelson Dead? 'Breakfast Club' Death HOAX Goes Viral, 'Brat Pack' Star Proves 'I'm Alive' With Sunday Times PHOTO
Ready for yet another morbid celebrity death hoax?
RIP, Judd Nelson - aka, Jonh "The Criminal" Bender from the 1985 high school classic, "The Breakfast Club."
But no worries, MstarsNews readers - the 55-year-old actor is NOT dead!
This FAKE "news" report from the hoax website FoxNews.es reads:
BREAKING NEWS: Sources are reporting that Judd Nelson, best known for his role as John Bender in 'The Breakfast Club,' has been found dead at age 55.
Multiple unconfirmed reports say Nelson was found dead Saturday evening in his Los Angeles condo after police responded to a 911 call for an unconscious man around 9:25 p.m.
Although police have not yet released the man's identity, multiple occupants of Sierra Towers, a popular 31-story West Hollywood high-rise, have confirmed that it was Nelson's condo police responded to and a single body was carried out of the apartment on a stretcher.
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner will determine the cause of death as investigators try to rule out foul play.
To disple the horrible rumors, Judd's agent Gregg Klein shared this time-sensitive photo via the LA Times:
Ha - clever.
According to Judd's longtime manager Jean-Pierre Henraux, the 1980s "rebel" is in "perfect" shape -in fact, he just shot an episode for the new drama series "Empire."
Of course, Twitter fans immediately responded:
@CommonSavant: "Contrary to rumors, only Judd Nelson's CAREER is dead. He is still very much alive. And available for dinner theatre at a reasonable fee."
@therealarieber: "Judd Nelson? Not dead! Don't you forget about him."
@OfficiaHardDawn: "RIP Judd Nelson, you make me nostalgic of Reagan's 80s, when America was supreme, despite its doofuses and libtards."
@JessieJessup: "Dear Twitter Judd Nelson is NOT dead stop freaking people out, go get some pancakes and a pet a puppy."
@NewYorkTheater: "Contrary to rumor, Judd Nelson, 55, is not dead, although his career could use a boost."
Now, time for a throwback!
