Hugh Jackman this week went in for treatment for his basal cell carcinoma skin cancer, marking the 3rd time the Wolverine actor has undergone measures to treat the illness. Though the 46-year-old star is still dealing with this curable cancer, he remains in good spirits.

"I'm realistic about the future and it's more than likely that I'll have at least one more but probably many more, which is not uncommon for an Aussie particularly from English stock growing up in Australia where I don't remember ever being told to put sunscreen on," Jackman said at the premiere on X-Men: Days of Future Past back in may of 2014, right after his second treatment for the disease, according to The Daily Mail. "The beauty of this is it's all preventable, it's just about getting proper check-ups. I can be typical man, a little lazy, I couldn't be bothered and now I'm not lazy at all."

According to E! News, a rep for the Australian-born Hollywood star said that he's "all good" after this week's treatment.

"Wear sunscreen!" he told the publication earlier this year. "Don't be like me as a kid. Trust me, wear sunscreen!"

As for this week's treatment, it looks like Hugh wasn't affected too much as evident in this Instagram post:

We wish Hugh luck on any other treatments he has to go through and can't wait to see him on the big screen once again!
