WATCH: 'What We Do In The Shadows' First 6 Minutes On YouTube [VIDEO] Vampire Mockumentary From 'Flight Of The Conchords' Star Jemaine Clement
Just in time for Halloween 2014, you can watch the first 6 minutes of the vampire "mockumentary" What We Do In The Shadows from directors Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Conchords) and Taika Waititi. Though this film isn't a horror movie, it definitely keeps in the spirit of Halloween, but with a comedic approach that will surely have you looking at these bloodsuckers in a different light!
Starring the two directors, along with Jonathan Brugh, What We Do in the Shadows is a fun new take on the movie monster recipe, mixed with a documentary feel. As we've seen in previous trailers, we follow three vampires that have been around for quite some time, learning to adapt and deal with the changes that they face with each passing year.
With a release date set for November, you can get a great first look at the opening scene of this film right here (via MetrodomeFilm):

Here is the official synopsis for this funny new movie (via Slash Film):
Viago, Deacon, and Vladislav are three vampires living together and trying to cope with modern life; from paying rent, doing housework, and trying to get into nightclubs, they're perfectly normal - except for their immortality, fangs, and thirst for human blood. When their 8000 year-old housemate, Petyr, turns 20-something Nick into a vampire, the guys must guide him through his newfound eternal life. In return, they are forced to learn a thing or two about modern life.
