Miley Cyrus' New Hair: Ellen DeGeneres Tries on the Shorter, Edgier Look

Although pop star Miley Cyrus has been met with some harsh criticism regarding her new spiky do', fellow fan of the blonde pixie hairstyle Ellen Degeneres decided she wanted to see what she would look like with the more modernized cut. The television host and personality posted a picture on her Twitter account Tuesday of Cyrus' new hairdo' Photoshopped onto an image of her own head.

Along with the posted picture Degeneres tweeted:

@TheEllenShow: "I love @MileyCyrus' new haircut so much that I copied it."

Cyrus has also hit up the Twitter world in defense of her new eccentric hairstyle, tweeting:

@MileyCyrus: "Never felt more me in my whole life."

And,

@MileyCyrus: "Self love is the greatest of all flatterers."

Cyrus has also posted numerous photos of her long-haired brunette turned short-haired blonde transformation process on her Twitter page.
