It's official - the San Francisco Giants are the 2014 World Series champs!

This year's series was an exciting one - making it all the way to Game 7. The Giants ultimately defeated the Kansas City Royals with a final score of 3-2. Check it out:

Fun fact - the Giants are the first road team to win Game 7 in the World Series since the Pirates' 1979 win.

Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner was also named MVP of the Series.
