Fast & Furious actress Jordana Brewster is on the cover of Cosmopolitan for Latinas' Winter 2014 issue and opens up about co-star Paul Walker's death.

The 34-year-old actress stated that Walker's death was "...the most difficult, intense thing I've ever been through."

Brewster starred alongside Walker during their first installment, The Fast and the Furious (2001). She went on to star in Fast & Furious (2009), Fast Five (2011), Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and recently reprised her role in Furious 7 (due out in 2015) in which Walker's brothers Cody and Caleb filled in as body doubles in Walker's unfinished scenes.

"Just yesterday, I had a moment where I thought, 'Oh my God, I'm never going to feel the way I felt when I hugged him,'" Brewster revealed to the magazine. The late Paul Walker — who died in a car accident in 2013 — played one of the lead protagonists in The Fast and Furious franchise films. Brewster played Mia, his love interest in the installments, and the two had an on-screen bond and love that fans appreciated.

"We shared so many years of friendship, and he embraced life so much," said Brewster. "The thing about Paul is he said hello to everybody. He didn't see people as different." Walker's death came as a shock to everyone; fans, family, friends and co-stars. On November 30, 2013, Walker and his friend Roger Rodas left an event for Walker's charity Reach Out Worldwide. It was then that Rodas' 2005 red Porsche Carrera GT crashed into a concrete light pole. As Mstars reported both Walker and Rodas were killed instantly after spiraling out of control.
