'Survivor': Blood Vs. Water Episode 6 Recap [Full Episode] – Jeff Makes A Trade, The Fake Idol Is In Play!
In this week's Survivor, Coyopa arrives back at camp after tribal. Dale is upset that his daughter Kelley was voted out. Dale knows he's the next to go so the next morning, he takes the object he got from the well on the first day and shows it to Jon telling him it's an idol and that he won't be going home next time.
Over at Hunahpu, Jeff comes with a bag of rice because they desperately need more food. Jeff scolded them for managing the portions so poorly. He said for them to get the rice they need to give back all of their comforts including the tarp, blankets, tools, the extra flint, and a pot. They give it up to Jeff, but some aren't so happy. Jeremy felt he didn't need the rice and Julie is afraid she will be cold without the tarp to shield them from the rain.
Both tribes arrive in the arena for their reward challenge. The challenge is trying to retrieve puzzle pieces from one end to the other blindfolded. There are some dummy pieces so not all the pieces fit. It's going to be Reed vs Baylor. Whoever finishes first wins a Survivor BBQ with tons of meat. In the end, Reed wins it and bursts into tears because he's so hungry. Jeff tells him he has to decide who joins Baylor at Exile Island. At first Reed was going to pick Julie, but then Natalie spoke up and said she wants to go so Reed sent her instead. Missy says in her interview that Baylor is in good hands with Natalie because she's on their side.
At their camp, Jon tells Missy and Jaclyn that Dale showed him the immunity idol so the next person to go must be Keith. Little do they know, it's Keith who has the real idol.
At Exile, Baylor shares the idol clue she got from the urns with Natalie. Natalie says in her interview that giving and getting information from Baylor is beneficial to her game because she needs Missy and Baylor to help her since she's on the chopping block in her tribe.
Hunahpu arrives at their camp with the reward and starts feasting. Jeremy says that Josh and Reed are too much of a threat since they're so close all the time. He's also upset they got rid of their comforts. Of course, it starts to rain and Julie is breaking down since she can't take the cold and wetness. The next morning it stops raining, but Julie is still crying. Jeremy consoles her and tells he needs her. They need each other for the numbers and to at least get to the merge.
It's time for the immunity challenge which is basically an obstacle course where they have to get pieces of a scroll and put it together to create a flag to raise for the win. Coyopa has a major lead throughout the challenge except they start losing it when putting together the flag puzzle. Hunahpu quickly takes the lead and wins it like they've done all game long.
At Coyopa's camp, Dale talks to Jon and tells him if he doesn't get voted out at tribal then he'll give him his idol. The fake one, by the way. They shake hands saying Missy will be the one to go, but usually editing just wants to make you think that. Jon goes and tells Jaclyn, Missy, and Baylor the deal he made with Dale so they decide to do three votes to Dale and two votes to Keith just in case if he does have the idol then Keith goes home instead. Jon talks with Jaclyn alone on the beach about who they should go with. He wants to align with whoever makes them a power couple going into the merge.
At tribal council, Baylor and Dale go back and forth on who is more trustworthy. Jon says whoever he can trust the most going into the merge is who he will not vote out. In the end, Jon and Jaclyn went with Missy and Baylor to vote out Dale with three votes.
Next week is the merge! Can't wait to see who aligns with whom!
