Floyd Mayweather's Ex Shantel Jackson Celebrates With Her New Beau Nelly For His 40th Birthday — Does Ashanti Send Him A Shout-Out Too? [SEE PHOTOS]

Happy birthday, Nelly! MStars News has learned that the rapper turned 40 Sunday, Nov. 2.

To celebrate his big day, the rapper's new girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, was all smiles as she stood by her man's side.

Jackson is the famous ex of boxing champ Floyd Mayweather. The breakup drama was so bad that Mayweather blasted Jackson for having an abortion with his kids as rumors swirled that she began dating Nelly. It's hard to believe that one of our favorite rappers is getting that old, but the years are going by pretty fast for everyone. In the photo below, the rapper and his love get silly as Miss Jackson captions the photo, "Clownin with the birthday boy. #thebig40."

Besides the lady on his hip, the rapper does have a lot to be thankful for this year. He has his own reality show coming to BET this month, has sold millions of records and remains strong while on tour.

Ashanti, Nelly's ex-girlfriend, was the woman fans thought the rapper would end up marrying and start a family with, but in a new interview Ashanti claims she could have caused her own downfall with Nelly.

"He was very, very genuine and very, very sincere. I will give him that. From the start, I was leery," Ashanti said.

Ashanti claims that insecurity and keeping her relationship low-key was a major factor of their breakup.

"A lot of that was me. I'm very, 'I don't like to have my stuff on blast,'" she previously said in an interview.

Though the singer didn't wish her ex a happy birthday, she did look great in her Halloween costume.

Nelly's reality show will cover his success and family. Nellyville premieres on BET Nov. 25 10:30 p.m.

Jackson will probably also be included in the show, as she adds a sweet photo of her man seen below.
