Are Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Dating Secretly Again Since Cheating Scandal?

Could Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson still be dating secretly behind the media's back?  The two have been silent about their relationship and the scandal since Stewart apologized to him in July 2012 after photos of her kissing Rupert Sanders surfaced.  

According to the media, the two have moved out of the home they once shared.  

Pattinson has recently come out of hiding to attend three interviews about his upcoming film Cosmopolis, and each time, he protected Stewart by choosing not to speak badly about her.  He didn't speak about her period.  It would be quite normal to slip a few negative words or even words of self-pity and sadness to the show host, but Pattinson was completely mum.

This leads some to wonder if he is has already forgiven Stewart and is contemplating getting back with Stewart once again.  Could one incident of infidelity with a married man possibly destroy the relationship they've built over three long years?

In one interview prior to the affair, Pattinson strongly stated that he didn't understand why people would cheat.  His own parents are happily married and he imagined that he love with someone would be forever.

Now he has experienced betrayal of love, can true love conquer all difficulties and mistakes as fairtytales suggest?
