"James Bond 24" has yet to receive a title, but news surrounding the project is still popping up all over the place as the 2015 filming date approaches. One of the biggest rumors, that would be amazing if it came true, is that Award winning singer Sam Smith could be the one to take on this new film's title theme music! Plus, we also learned about Christopher Nolan's opinions on the franchise.

We know that Sam Mendes and Daniel Craig are returning to the series, with Dave Bautista (and maybe Lea Seydoux) signing on as well, so will Sam Smith be another name attached to the project?

Rumors have been popping up since the summer, with plenty more continuing on the speculation more recently, but according to Page Six, a rep for Smith said, "That is not confirmed."

We'll have to wait for a confirmation on this rumor it seems. Would you like Smith to sing the Bond song? Let us know in the comments section below!

Filmmaker Christopher Nolan is definitely one of the top-directors of his generation, so what does he think of taking on a Bond film? Clearly he's been approached for helming one of these movies, right?

"I love James Bond and I've talked with the producers over the years, but nothing's ever worked out," he explained to The Daily Beast (via Entertainment Weekly). "They do a great job-they don't need me right now, and Sam [Mendes] is an extraordinary talent. I will absolutely be first in line to see the next Bond film as I have been for all of them."

Christopher Nolan also spoke about directing Star Wars, of which he's a huge fan. He detailed his excitement over the recently title The Force Awakens movie from J.J. Abrams in a new interview. Read more on that right here!
