Jenny McCarthy And Donnie Wahlberg New Reality TV Show 'Donny Loves Jenny' Ordered By A&E
There's a new chapter opening in the lives of lovebirds Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy, as deadline.com are reporting that A&E have ordered a brand new 10-episode reality show called Donnie Loves Jenny, detailing the pair's life together. Wahlberg and McCarthy were engaged in April this year, and married in Chicago on August 31.
Donnie Loves Jenny follows Donnie's involvement in reality show Wahlburgers, the A&E show that delivers all the ins and outs behind the scenes at the Boston restaurant owned by the Wahlberg brothers, Mark, Donnie and Paul.
Former View co-host, Playboy model and host of Sirius XM's 'Dirty, Sexy, Funny With Jenny McCarthy' McCarthy recently revealed in an interview with pagesix.com that she had never "made love" until meeting Wahlberg, and in a joint interview with ET before their wedding called him "the love of her life".
Deadline quoted David McKillop (General Manager and Executive Vice President of A&E) saying "Viewers have enjoyed following Donnie and Jenny's relationship on Wahlburgers and we look forward to sharing this next part of their journey."
The series will begin, USweekly report, with a one-hour special that will focus on Donnie and Jenny's wedding, before concentrating on the first months of their wedded life. USweekly quoted the pair saying: "Not only have we found a new home together, we have found the perfect place for our exciting new projects to live with A&E Network."
"We're so excited about this deal and look forward to a long and successful relationship creating entertaining and provocative unscripted programming with our partners at A&E. Our feeling is, who better to make our first show for the network about than about us? We love working together and with our crazy schedules this gives us the chance to both work and play together."
The 10 episode run of Donnie Loves Jenny will air on A&E in 2015.
