Rihanna And Chris Brown Back Together? Brown Reacts to Emotional Oprah Interview [POLL]

Rihanna and Chris Brown appear to be back together in heart after the Oprah Interview revealed that Rihanna and Brown met up at a mutual friend's yacht not too long ago. Rihanna confessed that she still loved him and always will.

Though they are not romantically linked yet, the whole world can see that Rihanna's love for Brown has not faded. A source close to Brown revealed to Hollywoodlife that Brown reacted emotionally to the Oprah interview that aired on August 19.

"Afterwards he got some water and was like 'you know I love her and we're going to get back [together] one day.' After that, he sent her a text and thanked her for respecting him on the interview and he told her we was sorry for everything and that he loves her," the source disclosed.

Rihanna and Brown split in 2009 after he physically assaulted her causing a busted lip and head injuries. Rihanna called the cops and the whole incident was highly publicized. The pop star has since worried about Brown's wellbeing and happiness instead of bashing him.

"It was a weird, confusing space to be in," Rihanna said to Oprah Winfrey. "Because as angry as I was, as angry and hurt and betrayed, I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help and who's going to help him? Nobody's going to say he needs help. Everybody's going to say he's a monster without looking at the source, and I was more concerned about him."

Rihanna admits that she lost her best friend since that incident. However, she also stated that they have been working on building a trusting friendship and continue to see each other.

"We're very, very close friends. We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other, and we probably always will. And that's not anything that we're going to try to change. It's not something you can shut off if you've ever been in love," Rihanna said to Oprah.

Rihanna acknowledges that she is still single, and that Brown already has a girlfriend. She doesn't want to get in their way but she continues to maintain a close friendship.

"But we have maintained a very close relationship ever since the restraining order was dropped. We just worked on it little by little, and it has not been easy. It is not easy."
