'Bloodborne' 2015 PS4 Release Date Delayed [Gameplay Video] From Software Pushes New Title Back After Alpha Test

From Software's upcoming gaming title, Bloodborne, has fallen victim to the release date delay that has plagued many other video games recently. According to a new post on the PlayStation blog, this PS4 exclusive action-RPG will get a March 24, 2015 in North America. The original release date was set for February.

"It is with regret that I must inform you that Bloodborne will be slightly delayed," Masaaki Yamagiwa, Bloodborne's producer, announced this week via the PlayStation blog, according to IGN. "We were gratified by the feedback and data we received from those who participated in our limited Alpha test. The extra production time will also allow us to better integrate these learnings."

Yamagiwa went on to explain that some "exciting" updates on this new title from the demon Souls developers will be coming in December. A private Alpha was held earlier this year for Bloodborne, but saw some technical issues that ended up with it closing early. Hopefully a Beta is announced soon so that any other bugs get worked out before the late March release.
