Corey Kluber, Clayton Kershaw Beat Felix Hernandez, Win 2014 MLB Cy Young Award: Cleveland Indians To Follow With C.C. Sabathia & Cliff Lee Type Trade?

The Cleveland Indians may not be the most decorated franchise the MLB can offer its fans, but in Corey Kluber they now have their third CY Young Award winner in recent memories, adding to C.C. Sabathia and Cliff Lee. However, the Tribe then went on to trade them, and now Kluber has topped Felix Hernandez, winning the award alongside Clayton Kershaw (for the NL), many are wondering just how long he will be around for, Would they dare to trade the hottest pitcher around today?

What makes Kluber a desirable asset, is his down-to-earth attitude, after winning the award, he insisted he was happy, but he'd "probably go home and give my daughters a bath, or something boring like that," That's right, a Cy Young Award winner, who cares about baseball and family. Sounds perfect right? For a team that is often one that sells in the trade market, when the offers rightfully start coming in, can they turn them down?

Kluber even showed great respect for Felix, saying, "I would've been in no position to have any kind of argument if he would've won. He had such a great year." When his pitching coach was asked if he'd take any credit, he pointed the finger at Kluber, saying, "I would, but he coached himself most of the year. I just watched."

What we have here is a pitching ace, and one that is humble, and very well might be available if the Tribe struggle, but the question is, what would it take for the Indians to do business?
