'Duck Dynasty' New Season Premiers Nov. 19 As Family Gears Up For Musical In Las Vegas

Duck Dynasty is back for a new season, returning to A&E Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 9 p.m.

In the first new episode, the Robertsons will travel to Scotland to learn some history.

"Scotland, it is the birth place of duck hunting," one of the Robertsons says.

As clips of the first episode roll, the men are seen golfing and wearing Scotland men attire — called a clansman — as one of the Robertsons says they "look like a Catholic school girl."

Si Robertson claims he's in Scotland looking for the "Loch Ness monster."

MStars News has also learned that the Dynasty family is planning on taking over Las Vegas.

According to Hollywood Gossip, there is a Duck Dynasty musical in the making. The company that produced Jersey Boys will create a new sound with the Dynasty clan. The musical is scheduled to premiere at the Rio Hotel Las Vegas in 2015. The title is rumored to be The Duck Commander Family Musical.

The new show will be based on The Duck Commander Family: How Faith, Family, and Ducks Built a Dynasty, a book written by Dynasty stars Willie and Korie Robertson.

Despite being inspired by the book, the Robertson family will not be a part of the musical. Actors will fill the roles of the famous controversial family.

"It's gonna be cool and it'll be another play that people can take their kids to," Korie Robertson revealed to Us Weekly. "We love to go to musicals when we go to New York ... We're excited!"

The New York Times reports that the play will be 90 minutes long, contain 14 songs and will open in February. It reports that it will cover Phil Robertson's infamous anti-gay and racist remarks from 2013. Remember: Robertson was suspended, and then fired, from the A&E series but added back after he said, according to The Independent:

"It seems like, to me, a vagina — as a man — would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me. I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man. It's just not logical. Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men."

Robertson also made comments that some called racist at the time when he said, "I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person [in the pre-civil rights era South]. Not once. Where we lived was all farmers. The blacks worked for the farmers. I hoed cotton with them. I'm with the blacks, because we're white trash. We're going across the field ... They're singing and happy. I never heard one of them, one black person, say, 'I tell you what: These doggone white people' — not a word! ... Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare, you say: Were they happy? They were godly; they were happy; no one was singing the blues."

"Hit me baby one more time" with an all new Duck Dynasty! Nov. 19 on A&E.
