Jessica Sanchez Crushed on DeAndre Brackensick First, The 'American Idol' Alum Revealed

Jessica Sanchez revealed that she is the one who first had a crush on fellow American Idol alum DeAndre Brackensick.  She told Access Hollywood Live that she confessed her feelings for him after the finals during the tour rehearsals.  

"I just wanted to be completely straight up with him and I wanted to tell him that I've had a crush on him," the Idol runner-up said.

It turns out that Brackensick was already taken during the American Idol show, and it wasn't until after Sanchez' confession did the two start dating.

Sanchez also told the publication that she and Brackensick duets all the time while together.

The Idol family is having a blast on the summer tour now, and it appears that the top finalists have grown closer than ever before.
