Love And Hip Hop Hollywood Moniece Smith Arrest For Stealing $109K From Ex-Boyfriend Joe Smith In Near Future?

"Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" reality star Moniece Slaughter is being accused of stealing $109,000 from her ex-boyfriend, Joe Smith between October 2011 and March 2012.

In a report filed with the Manhattan Beach Police Department, the NBA athlete claims the reality star forged nine checks to Timothy Clayton Carr. The former Cleveland Cavaliers stated that he doesn't know Carr, however, authorities were able to contact the mystery man in June 2012, who claims he was cashing the check for his friend who didn't have a bank account.

Carr was apologetic and never knew the checks were stolen and told police that Slaughter disappeared after the last check bounced and she was supposed to meet up with him to refund him.

In the report, Slaughter says that the star gave her the checks and only cancelled the final check over their break up.
